EXCHANGE / REFUND
BC returnable / exchange items include items purchased within the last 10 days (with proof of purchase receipt and or gift receipt including the order number).
BC non returnable items are any item marked as final sale, free gifts or promotional items with retail value, custom orders, sale and clearance items. Additionally, items purchased at retail locations cannot be returned online.
Eligible items must be returned in new, unused and original condition ( not worn, mishandled, or damaged) and returned in original packaging including tags/boxing/cleaning clothes - if applicable. Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. **Any return/ exchanged item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Furthermore, any shipped orders refused and or undelivered to the customer, then returned to BC's business location will be charged a 20% restocking fee for time and freight cost. Additionally, any alterations of BC products will void return and warranty coverage.
Once the return is authorized by the BC Return/Exchange Center, the customer will receive step-by-step instructions, if within exchange/refund timelines. After the item is inspected and approved by the Return/Exchange Center the customer will receive the exchange/refund approximately within 3-10 business days once item has been recieved. Please note, after the Return Center has completed the process it may take and additional 3-10 business days for the refund amount to show within the customer's account, depending on customer's credit card merchant's policies.
BC White Glove Inspection standard includes a quality check pre-shipment product inspection assuring the quality prior to item being shipped.
