WARRANTY CLAIM

 

BC offers full warranty on goggles with proof of purchase against defect (in material and workmanship) up to one year from date of purchase. BC warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on products; furthermore, such as scratches on the lenses of goggles, spare lenses, bands. BC warranty does not cover internal or external damage caused by abuse or mishandling of goggles and all other products.

All BC eyewear is warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for one year from the date of purchase, with a valid proof of purchase. BC warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of BC products will void return and warranty coverage. This limited warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an authorized BC Dealer with clear documentation and providing all purchase details. 

 

BC warranty does not cover any defects due to improper use, improper repair, physical damage, neglect and or improper fit. Furthermore, any alteration of BC products will void warranty.

Once reviewed and if BC product is proven defective, the item will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If BC product is not considered defective the item will be repaired or replaced at a reasonable charge with the customer's authorization (7-10 business days after the item has been received). Product will be review and inspected to avoid breach of warranty; furthermore, the repair or replacement of the item as determined by BC. This warranty applies only to BC product/s purchased from authorized BC vendors and is only valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
